700 West Apartments and Garage
CEC provided structural engineering for this 5-story, 260,000 total SF apartment complex with an adjoining 4-story, 120,000 total SF parking garage. The building will be located at the corner of NW 4th and Shartel near downtown Oklahoma City. The design of the facility is intended to provide all amenities necessary for residents, including fitness, a swimming pool, playground, various commons areas, and designated parking in the connected garage.
This project brings more multi-family living opportunities to downtown Oklahoma City and has utilized grants and incentives to provide low-cost housing options within the complex.
