John Kilpatrick Turnpike

CEC provided construction engineering, inspection, and materials testing for the John Kilpatrick SW Loop Extension, assuring the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority (OTA) quality of product and delivery of the intended design. This project was needed in order to provide people greater access to move products and services more efficiently around the metropolitan area. The constructed corridor consisted of a seven-mile extension of the John Kilpatrick Turnpike providing quicker access to Will Rogers World Airport and the southwest metropolitan area of Oklahoma City.
