Taylor Barnes, P.E.
Transportation Practice Leader
Taylor Barnes is a Vice-President and leads the Transportation Design Practice for CEC. He has been with the company since 1998. Taylor earned a Bachelor of Science of Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University. Taylor enjoys spending summer and winter vacations in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. He also enjoys supporting his kids in their school and extracurricular activities and spending time with family.
