Josh Black, P.E.
Construction Engineering and Inspection Practice Leader
Josh Black is the CEI Practice Leader for CEC and has been with the company since 2005. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Project Management and Construction Engineering. Mr. Black’s career has focused on management, inspection, materials testing, and oversight of transportation and facility infrastructure. He and his wife have three children and he enjoys fishing, carpentry, and spending time with his family.
