President
Doug has been on the CEC team since 2004 and has witnessed the company’s growth from a small, family‑run firm into a respected regional brand. As President, he focuses on advancing CEC’s purpose to Get Stuff Built Right. He is committed to delivering exceptional client experience by upholding high standards of quality, accountability, and leadership development. Above all, he believes that living out our values of humility, honesty, self-control, and generosity is the only way we will succeed.
Doug is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Oklahoma State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He has served as a board member of ACEC Oklahoma and other civic organizations. He considers his greatest accomplishments to be his faith in Christ, a loving marriage to his high‑school sweetheart, and raising two wonderful daughters. Outside of work, he can usually be found at a swim meet, track meet, or choir concert — or cheering on the Pokes, singing old songs, or working in the garden.
