Aaron Finley, P.E.
Bridge Inspection & Local Government Department Manager
Aaron Finley is the Local Government Department Head and Bridge Inspection Program Manager for CEC. He has been with CEC since 2006. Mr. Finley graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science, both in Civil Engineering. In his free time, he enjoys hunting and fishing with his children, and participating in various shooting disciplines.
