Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Department Manager
Aaron Finley is the Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Department Manager for CEC. He interned at CEC from 2003-2005, then joined CEC full-time in 2006 after graduating from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering. Since 2006, Mr. Finley has had the opportunity to serve in various roles from designing and inspecting bridges, to managing local government transportation design projects, to helping to grow a new SUE department. He has enjoyed the unique aspects of each role, but he most appreciates the values and culture, derived from the Christian faith, which transcend any specific role within CEC.
