Shannon Hanks, P.E., CFM
Municipal Practice Leader
Shannon Hanks serves our Municipal Practice Leader and has been with CEC since 2014. Mrs. Hanks graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Mrs. Hanks currently serves on the APWA NE Branch Board and likes being involved in and encouraging STEM activities for young students. She and her husband have four children, two girls and twin boys. Mrs. Hanks enjoys being outdoors, spending time at the lake, and being involved in her kids’ activities.
