Facilities Practice Leader
Andy Blankenship is the Facilities Practice Leader for CEC. Mr. Blankenship began his career at CEC in 2012 after graduating from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He is licensed as a Professional Engineer in the States of Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, and Wyoming. He and his wife have one wonderful daughter. In his free time, Mr. Blankenship enjoys hiking, cooking, and golfing with family and friends.
