OSU Foundation Building
The OSU Foundation is the private fundraising organization for Oklahoma State University. CEC provided civil engineering and site design for the building in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
Design services included:
- Surveying and civil consulting engineering services
- Coordination with the City of Stillwater on rezoning/map amendments and public utilities
- Detailed construction plans including a site plan/ dimension plan, demolition plan, utility plan, grading plan, erosion control plan, and details
- Detention design and prepared drainage report
- Prepared the storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) and specifications
- Construction administration services including review & approval of submittals, RFI’s, and change orders
