CEC provided civil/site design for the construction of a world class college soccer facility. The scope of the design services included:

- Utility Plan
- Grading and Drainage Plan
- University Commons detention pond modifications
- Erosion Control Including the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)
- Bidding Documents and Specifications
- Construction Administration Services – review and approval of submittals, shop drawings, RFI’s, and change orders
