MAPS 3 Project Manager David Todd stated that the goal of this project is to “create a park that is unique to Oklahoma City and offers a variety of recreation options for people of all ages.” The park  is made up of a 40-acre upper section and a 30-acre lower section, which is connected by the Oklahoma City Skydance Bridge. The park is within the boundaries of Hudson to the west, Robinson to the east, the Oklahoma City Boulevard to the north and the Oklahoma River to the south. The park features areas for concerts, food trucks, water features, outdoor functions, playgrounds, dog park, farmers markets, nature walks, etc.

CEC provided the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering consulting services for the project, including MEP building designs for the Café, Boathouse, Stage, and Pavilions structures.
