Andy Blankenship is the Facilities Practice Leader for CEC and has been with the company since 2012. Mr. Blankenship graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He and his wife have one daughter. In his free time, Mr. Blankenship enjoys cooking, hiking, and golfing with family and friends.
